Brand new 2023 manufactured home has a spacious kitchen and living room area! It has its own laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Comes with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and has a shed outside for storage! You have your own personal driveway for your home! Renters are responsible for all utilities (water, sewer & trash) You put gas and electric into your name. We do have a non refundable pet deposit of $250 due at move in and 1 pet is $50/month and 2 pets are $60/month. We allow 2 pets per home and we do have dog breed restrictions. There is also no smoking in the home! We have community guidelines for the park if you do have any questions please just let me know.
