Income must be 3x the monthly rent. (This does not apply to voucher holders.) proof of income is required. 6. Applicants must be a non-smoker. (No smoking inside the home under any circumstances). 7. Animals/Pets: Pets are considered through our application process; we reserve the right to accept or deny pets at our discretion. We do request an application to be submitted from each adult living in the home for full consideration. Applications are required in order to schedule a showing. If you do not meet all the qualifications, we may grant tenancy by requiring a co-signer, statement or guarantor, or additional financial compensation. Co-signer(s) must meet our qualifications.
