It boasts an open floor plan and bright airy spaces. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher to make meal prep and clean up a breeze. A tiles entry gives you a nice place to kick off your shoes before venturing onto the soft carpet to relax and let the day slip away. The great room is a generous size and has everything you need to relax after a long day. The bright and airy space can accommodate both your live and work needs. The bedroom is a generous size and boasts a Queen sized bed, night stand with charging station and plenty of storage for all of your things. Additionally, a work station is provided for your work at home needs. Electricity, water, sewage and sanitation, yard maintenance and WI-FI/ internet services are included in the rent. On-site laundry is available. There is also outdoor space to call your own and an off street parking space! WE ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE VOUCER PROGRAM AT THIS TIME. Availability and rental criteria are on that site under A Spruce Cottage .Utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, trash, internet/WI-FI). Tenant is responsible for keeping the unit in clean, habitable order and for alerting landlord to issues of items needing repair or creating an unsafe/uninhabitable environment. Smoking inside the unit is not permitted. Off street parking is available for one vehicle. Any others will need to find street parking. Pets are permitted with payment of a non-refundable pet fee and the agreement that pet owners are responsible for any messes and/or damages caused by their pet.
