Semi-Furnished Home (Pieces there must stay there) We are offering semi-flexible lease terms. 6-12 months (6 months minimum, priority will be given to those interested in the longest term) are acceptable. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. We are open to pets and expect full owner compliance in being responsible for them, including continual barking when left alone or the possibility of disturbing the neighborhood. There is a garage included, and we prefer it for the parking of a car versus storage but that is not a deal breaker. 3 car maximum parking (one car must be put in the garage under this arrangement) or as the driveway allows. ** If you would prefer a lease with utilities included, rent would be $5,000.00 per month and it would include heat, hot water, electric, water, cable and internet.
