Just steps to the basin and 1 block to the public beach. The property sleeps up to 6 people in 2 main house bedrooms, and living room sleeper sofa. No more than 2 dogs max, $100 pet fee per pet - to be collected after the booking is confirmed. Location: On the corner of 54th Street and Northern Boulevard, you're just 1 mile to all the top Plum Island attractions (Sunset Club, The Beachcoma, Plum Island Grill, The Cottage Creamery etc). Property Features: Single family home on large grass lot. The single family home is about 1,000 sqft with 2 bedrooms on the second level, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room sleeper sofa. The single family home sleeps up to 6 people. The home has a gorgeous three-seasons porch, covered front deck, private back deck with gas grill, high-speed internet, smart TV in living room (ability to log into your streaming services), outdoor shower, half bathroom with stackable laundry on first floor, full bathroom with shower tub on second floor, baseboard heat, 2 window AC units, fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, drip coffee maker, 2 queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, 1 pullout sofa in first level living room, clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, washer/dryer unit on first floor, dedicated work-from-home desk space off the dining room, dining room table and off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
