Even better, you can consider the weekends a time for leisure because when you lease at Harmony Landing, lawn care and maintenance service are included. The manicured neighborhood is perfect for a stroll to our community pool. We offer 12-15 month lease terms. Security deposit is based off screening, starting at $1,000 and can go up to 1 months rent. We are a smoke-free community, we do allow pets, please inquire on breed restrictions. Non-refundable application fees are $75/person (anyone over 18 would be a lease holder), one time admin fee of $250 due at application. Income requirements: household must show proof of 3x the monthly rent. All leaseholders go through a 3rd party screening to check credit, criminal, and rental history.
