Available for ski lease only (not full time seasonal) a private three bedroom, one bath home that sleeps 9 located in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, CA six blocks to the water's edge, five blocks to an expansive meadow, and six blocks to boutique shopping, organic meals, and tasty beverages. Includes all linens, cookware, washer/dryer, wifi, roku/streaming, etc., pretty much everything you need. We live on site in the main house full time, and renting our rear 3 bedroom guest house as a ski lease. It's a separate house with no shared walls. We are not interested in full time seasonal tenants at this time. Month to month ski lease only, but flexible on move in/out dates with no major commitment, just 30 days notice required when you want to cancel.
