Minutes away from Pickwick lake, with many activities nearby and excellent restaurants within 20 minutes. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher and stove top all included! Owner pays for water, tenant pays for internet, tv, and electric. Animals allowed! However there are stipulations set by the Pickwick Pines Resort Management. Animals are not permitted to be outside without their owner, and must be leashed. No outdoor kennels permitted. Viscous or obnoxious animals are not permitted. Smoking allowed OUTSIDE. Pet fees are $100 a month per pet in addition to the $2000 rent. 1 year lease with possible lease renewal at end of lease. Owner will mow the grass but other responsibilities are up to the tenant. Regarding any damages, tenant must pay for the first $100 towards repairs.
