Rustic Elegance Gratitude & Grace is one of the area's most beautiful and well preserved Victorian farmhouses surrounded by fields & woods. Built-In 1878 Gratitude & Grace was a working farm of many years. Now it's a country estate and has been my family home for the last 23 years. In 2011, Gratitude & Grace was opened to the public as a wedding venue. It became very popular and continues to bring joy to wedding couples 6 months of the year. There are 6 bedrooms, a loft bedroom and 3 baths which can accommodate 14 people. The Master Bedroom - King Sleigh Bed The Sunrise Room - Queen size bed The Butterfly Room - Queen size bed The Main Floor Bedroom - Queen size bed The Lavender Room - Full size bed The Artist - Full size bed Meditation Loft - Queen Size Bed Pets are welcome (although there are some questions to make sure it's a good fit) The duration of the lease is October 25, 2023 to April 25th, 2024. Renter shall cover the cost of heating and electric. No smoking in the house, barn or any of the out buildings.
