This privet cottage is 2 1/2 miles to the green center of town of Woodstock. The Red Onion restaurant, Cucina restaurant, Sylvia's restaurant, Woodstock Sunflower Whole Foods, Woodstock Wine and Liquor, Woodstock Laundry and the Woodstock dog walk are all within minuets from the Waterfall Cottage. A few miles to Wilson State Park, ski centers , Kingston and hiking. Swimming holes and water falls are right in front of the Water Fall Cottage. The Sawkill stream is a trout stream, you can fish right out your front door. There is a fire pit in on the stream with Adirondack chairs for grilling or just to hang out. The house has 8 foot by 5 foot windows looking down onto the stream and waterfalls. There is a newly renovated bathroom , vaulted ceilings , wood floors. There is no fee tenant is responsible for WIFI, Electric, Propane. Landlord is responsible for snowplow.
