This house can be rented either annually, or just for the upcoming ski season. If rented annually the rent would be $2,800 per month with the tenant paying the utilities. If renting for the ski season, it can be rented from January 2nd through March 31st at the rate of 4,500 per month with all utilities , wi-fi, and driveway plowing included . Situated in very pretty countryside . Located 8 minutes to Windham Mountain, 15 minutes to Hunter Mountain. The house is fully stocked and includes a washer dryer. It is situated in a secluded wooded setting. A 1/4 mile away the scenery quickly changes to fantastic open mountain vistas, as shown in the attached photos. Sleeping is for six people. There's also a cot for a 7th person if needed. All bedrooms have brand new platform beds with new 12 inch memory foam mattresses. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two bedrooms each have two twin XL size beds situated on identical metal platform frames which can be kept separate, or pushed together to make one larger bed equivalent to a king size, as shown in the photos. The living room/ dining room / kitchen area has an open spacious layout with cathedral ceilings. There is a huge rear deck for entertaining. A well behaved dog is allowed with an additional $250 pet security deposit. A cat would be allowed if declawed. References, lease, credit check. NO SMOKING.
