Additionally there is a small attached garage (great for a small SUV or car, but not long enough for a full sized truck, 17.9 feet). Available October 23rd through May 31st. Owner pays for natural gas, electric, water/sewer, internet, driveway snow removal and trash pick up. Tennant is responsible for keeping the home clean, and the walkways and decks clear of leaves and snow. Absolutely no smoking.
