The unit is 728 sq. ft. with a storage shed for extra space. It's centrally located in Traverse City but still private with a fence around the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's a ten-minute walk to the Cherryland Center and a five-minute drive to downtown. The heating is efficient with a natural gas furnace and quality insulation, so it gets warm quickly and stays warm -- keeping your bill low in winter months. Water, trash, lawn care, and snow removal are included. You just pay for electricity, gas, and internet (if you want it). Lease terms: $1350 per month with a year lease and a $1350 security deposit due at signing. Small pets are considered with a monthly fee. Sorry, no dogs. No smoking indoors. A background/credit check will be required for each person over 18, completed through TransUnion with a $35 non-refundable fee per person. Thank you for your interest.
