First, last, and security deposit are required to move in (three month's rent). Owner will manage lawn care and maintenance. Major appliances remain with the house (fridge, washer, dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher). Owner can move big-screen TV, treadmills, beds, or couches into garage storage if renters prefer to use their own.
