Application required with associated fee. Appliances: Thermostat is in the main living area near the hallway. Breaker box is in the kitchen to the right of the backyard window. Water valve to shut off flow is under the house just inside the latched foundation trap door. Please immediately contact owner in case of emergency by phone call, NOT TEXT. Thank you! Garbage: Garbage should be set on the curb Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning for Wednesday morning pickup. It should be returned beneath the kitchen window by Wednesday evening per city guidelines. Contact owner with any major recycling when needed for individual pickup. Parking: Parking is off street in a residential neighborhood with no restrictions or permits required. Courtesy is appreciated and guest parking along curb in front of the home is requested. There is only room for one vehicle on the gravel pad. We discourage large gatherings so that both guests and neighbors remain happy!
