Deposit of $2200 and first months rent due upon executed lease, as well as any prorations. Tenants will be required to provide documentation for renters insurance for specific property at time of lease signing and confirmation of utilities being transferred ONCE APPLICATION IS APPROVED for a tenant. Minimum 1-year lease, walk through inspections every few months, additional terms/conditions may apply. $65 application fee paid at time of application submittal. Application is per applicant or per married couple. Unmarried, co-applicants will be required to pay an additional $65 application fee. Each applicant must provide the requested, applicable information showing they are qualified individually. Roommates for all screenings would both have to qualify on their own independently per owner approval.
