We are about 10-15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach, 5 minutes to Costo shopping center, 7-10 minutes from University of NC Wilmington, about 12 minutes to Historic Downtown, and about 10 minutes to New Hanover Regional Hospital. This property is offered as a short-term (at least 6 months) or long-term rental. We provide all bed, bath, and kitchen items. All Applicants must complete credit and background checks and have verifiable employment for at least 1 year. No smoking allow inside the house and garage. Small dogs or cats allow with an additional fee. Garage is available to park inside and two to three parking spaces on the driveway.
