This rental can be the entire home or split into upper and lower levels. The upper level has private entrance and is locked off from the lower level space also with a separate entrance. The upstairs has a full kitchen, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room with pull out couch. The upstairs rental includes a beautiful 3 season room with tons of sunshine pouring in. The outdoor space is on the left side of the house in a private, gated, large patio. The space has a hot tub, grill, and dining space. The lower level has private entrance and is locked off from the upper level space also with a separate entrance. The lock off is in a stairwell away from the living space of both units. Completely separate and private! The downstairs has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with pull out couch. The outdoor space is in front of the house and includes a fire pit, grill and surround seating. This is a perfect vacation rental to retreat to after a fun filled day! All utilities, cable, internet and snow removal is included. Garage and washer and dryer provided.
