A clean background check and a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations is required. Previous evictions, car repossessions, and other derogatory items on your credit and background check will impact the landlord's decision. Applicants with poor credit are likely to be declined. All adults must have a valid social security number for the background and credit check. Pet Policy: Up to two pets allowed with a one-time fee of $250 per animal. Extra large or aggressive breeds may be declined.
