This is a beautiful lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, it has a screened in porch with a new Mitsubushi heat and cooling system, a new tiled kitchen and bathrooms and a open concept kitchen, kayaks and canoe's on site and 2 miles from downtown Damariscotta. This is a 1 year lease but is available until June 1, 2025 and renters are responsible for yard mowing and clean ups and plowing of driveway, Utilities are not included and there is a generator on site.. The house can come furnished at a additional cost or empty. No smoking allowed in the house.. there is space for one car in the garage that is mid sized. If things go well we might be able to negotiate a longer lease, you will enjoy all seasons on the lake which has a beautiful dock. There is no subletting this property.
