Kitchen is only stocked with appliances, you will need your own dishes/pans etc. $2,250/month. Small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit. No cats. Wifi, sewer, water, trash, and snow removal are included in the rent. Tenant pays electric and natural gas (heating). Additional Unit Available : Around the back of the garage, there is a studio apartment currently set up as an Airbnb which is also available for an additional monthly rate of $1300--paired with the whole home rental if desired. Tenant must pay for electric. Great for a remote office area, or guesthouse ! Studio is brand new, equipped with a heat pump, small, full bathroom, sleeper sofa, TV for streaming, stocked kitchenette, and a loft area full-size bed. Photos are available upon request. This is a mostly furnished rental for a 6 month term (Renter will need their own kitchen items, such as dishes, pots/pans, silverware, all major appliances are included~ Renter is responsible for electric, heating (natural gas), & cable, if so desired, the TV is set up for streaming. Owner pays water, sewer, wifi, trash pick-up, plowing & lawn care. Driveway parking available for one vehicle. Road parking is also available most of the time. Will allow one, small, well-behaved dog, for a non-refundable pet fee of $300. Sorry NO cats. No smoking in the home is allowed. The lease term is from Dec 1, 2023 OR Jan 1, 2023 (we can be flexible on which move in date works best for tenant between Dec 1 and Jan 1) through May 31, 2024 only. There will be a security deposit required of $1500, which will be returned to renter at the end of the stay, given there is no damage, and tenant does not break lease.
