High quality mattresses. The home sleeps 5 comfortably. Coffee bar with Keurig, nespresso, and coffee pot. All cooking necessities. New full size washer and dryer in basement. Available starting August 12, 2023. Towels, bedding, pillows, etc all at home if renting furnished. 6-12 month lease, tenant responsible for putting all utilities in their name and paying them. Yard kept neat by tenant. Month to month renting available at higher price to include all bills and high speed internet. $2,400 per month. Available furnished or unfurnished. First and last month's rent due before move in. There are outdoor security cameras in place since this has been functioning as an Airbnb, it's up to you if you'd like to use them. No smoking allowed.
