Available November 29th-January 17th. Spend the holiday season in Magical New Orleans! This is my personal home, I am opening it up to guests for the *7 weeks * I am going to be out of town. I am renting my place for what it costs me monthly, looking for good hearted folks to take great care of it and enjoy this beautiful space while I am away. *This is a homesharing situation, not a vacation rental. * My lovely 2 bedroom shotgun house is located in Mid City and includes a spacious yard and parking. Decorated in a clean bohemian style. This is a classic New Orleans shotgun house, which means it only shares a wall on one side with an identical house. The other side, and all of the windows, look onto the lush greenery of my private garden (it is the south so everything grows easily) It also means that like every other home in New Orleans, it has a lot of charm, is a little bit crooked, and has it's imperfections! Mid City is a really fantastic area of town. I am right up the street from all the businesses on Banks st - including pizza, breakfast restaurants, bank st bar and also around the corner from Mid City Yacht Club. I walk/bike to City Park all the time and highly recommend it. It is truly a fantastic part of the city with so much to enjoy. I am renting my house out for the 4 months I will be out of town. June, July, August & September Looking for kind and thoughtful folks to take great care of it and enjoy my space while I am away. *This is a homesharing situation*
