The kitchen has solid surface epoxy countertops and stainless steel appliances. The stove, water heater, and forced air heater are all natural gas. The house does have air conditioning as well. There is an interior laundry area, with a stackable washer and dryer unit provided. There is a private front yard area that is fenced. There is a deck off the rear of the house that opens up to the common area that has lawn area and a gas firepit with seating. There is an enclosed private storage unit (provide your own lock) at the rear of the house. There is one paved parking spot provided. Any other vehicles will need to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. The landscaping of the entire property will be maintained by the landlord.
