There is a large house on the property that has three separate units. This unit is the main house. You will walk to the left of the house and go up a few stairs for the entry. There is a code entry. The code on the door lock is changed for each new guest. Once you enter the space and close there is a bedroom immediately to the left. This room has a King size bed suspended from the ceiling and a small living area with sofa, table and TV set up under the bed. This room has its own mini-split heating and cooling independent of the rest of the house. The second bedroom and an extra room for an office/bedroom are upstairs along with the bathroom, kitchen and dining area. All fully furnished and stocked for a short to medium term rental. The laundry room entrance is on the right side of the house. You can also walk through the garage to get to the laundry entrance. The laundry room has hours of operation but tenants may need to work out a schedule because of different work hours. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood on the outskirts of Coeur d' Alene. Walking distance to a 9 hole golf course and restaurant. Deer and turkey are regular guests walking through the yard! Minimum 1-month lease. Maximum 6-month lease. There will be a non-refundable pet deposit if pets are included. There will be a $150 cleaning fee. No smoking is allowed inside the property at all. Guests will have access to the laundry on site and BBQ grill, but need to keep both areas clean. Background check will be run on applicants for credit, criminal and eviction history.
