Ride to the ocean beaches or walk to bay beaches. You'll have the whole place to yourself with a fully fenced in backyard for your privacy. Every detail has been curated for your enjoyment.AMENITIES ON-SITE: Enjoy half an acre all to yourself with a fully enclosed backyard to give you all the privacy you need to enjoy our 7-person hot tub, fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs, or grilling with 6-burners. Indoors you can bask in the sunlight from our 16-foot cathedral ceilings, loft, open kitchen and dining room. Each room has its own thermostat as part of a 5-zone air conditioning and heating system. BEACH & POOL CLUB: Long term guests will be offered the opportunity to join an exclusive beach club just a short walk away to enjoy lap swimming, kiddie pool, and a private beach on the bay throughout the summer months.LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We're in the exclusive and quiet neighborhood of Tiana Shores in Hampton Bays right off the Shinecock Bay. This neighborhood puts you in the heart of the Hamptons, minutes from all the best dining and destinations, without getting stuck in the standstill traffic. It's a quiet place to relax and enjoy the hot tub and sun on the property or take a ride to world class ocean beaches, shopping, and dining. It also grants you access to the exclusive beach club with pool and private beach.SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 baths. Our master bedroom offers a king size bed, his and her closets, your own washer dryer, and en suite full bathroom with double sinks and ample storage. Our garden bedroom offers a queen size bed. Our third bedroom has 2 twin XL beds that can be used separately by adults or pushed together as another king size bed. These two bedrooms have large closets and share a guest bathroom with double sinks and ample storage. Our Ring Security System uses passive sensors in the home, with no recording devices inside the home. The camera facing the backyard will be removed leaving only cameras facing the front yard, driveway, and heat pump.
