Beautiful home close to Navarre Beach! Spacious home in a great family neighborhood. Close to Hurlburt Field. The home has been used as a short term rental and is being offered furnished OR unfurnished. Lease length can be negotiable for military. Pets will be on a case by case basis. There is a $250 non refundable deposit per pet and $20 pet rent per pet/per month. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind to include vaping. Deposit is $2500 with satisfactory background check. The home has brand new grass and a sprinkler system. We will pay for fertilizer/weed control. Tenant will be responsible for the upkeep. If interested in home, please ask for our rental criteria. No showings will be done without viewing that first. Application fee $35 per applicant 18+
