Enter the home on the main level, thru French Doors you will find a great room with newly remodeled kitchen featuring a live edge bar, beautiful stone, custom cabinetry and state of the art appliances by Decor and Viking. Large gas range, two dishwashers and an ice maker. Large dining table seats 10, with room for several more at the bar. The living room has beautiful beams, fireplace, large TV, amazing views and plenty of seating. The connecting den and two workstations, TV, fireplace and lots of seating. Also, a full bath for over flow sleeping. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and offering 2 garage bays for guest use. On the upper level is a large master with a King size bed, fireplace, a large walk in closet with its own washer and dryer, steam shower, copper tub, bar with frig, and double vanity. Next to it is a guest master with King size bed and private bath. Pass over a walkway to an entertainment room with 80" TV, pool table, shuffle board, poker table, full bar, 1/2 bath and hot tub outside. It connects to a full guest suite with kitchen, TV, queen murphy bed, bathroom and outside fire pit. Downstairs are three queen bedrooms, one with an additional murphy bed and small kitchen. Two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Every room has staggering views, most of the ski mountain. There is a large wrap around deck. Very quiet and exclusive neighborhood. Minimum rental is one month. Mid december to mid january can be worked out, with an increase in rent. No smoking. No loud parties. The house is available through May of 2024. A reduced rent will be worked out for longterm rental. A $600 ($900 if there is a pet) dollar cleaning fee applies at the end of the rental. Clean linens are provided and the house is fully furnished with all dishware, but no ongoing cleaning service. All damage must be paid for. The hot tub will be professionally maintained. The driveway will be plowed. There is internet and we use this for the tv's. Owner provides propane for the heat and pays all utilities. A standard lease must be signed upon agreement of terms.
