Less than a 10 min walk to Lake Granby and 10 min drive to Grand Lake Village. Newly updated and stylishly decorated 2 bed, 1 bath cabin. Fully furnished and equipped. Perfect for remote work or winter fun. Features include a gas "wood burning" stove, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi, and deck with mountain and distant lake views. There is no washer and dryer in the house. Laundry mat is a 10-min drive. The main bedroom contains a King size bed, and there is a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. A Queen size pull-out sofa is in the main living area. 2 uncovered parking spaces in the front. Access to small garage to store ski gear, snowshoes, ice fishing gear and more. Water is on a well, so no expense. We also pay a portion of the street snowplowing. Shoveling the parking area is the responsibility of the tenant. Trash is not included. You can dispose of trash at local drop-off site for a fee of around $8 per bag. We do expect renters to regularly shovel snow off deck and rake snow from roof. We also have a contractor who can do this at the tenant's expense. He charges around $40.
