This is a fully furnished home. The lease is for 1-6 month stays. There is no long-term lease option. We are currently accepting inquiries for rentals starting September 2024. Please send the requested dates of your stay to confirm availability. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. No more than two pets are allowed. A 250.00 refundable pet deposit fee (per pet) is required and a non-refundable fee of 50.00 fee (per pet) per month. 2023 - Newly Renovated Home! Nestled in a serene neighborhood the house is a short 7-minute drive to historic downtown Longmont. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a complete set of modern appliances, and all essential cooking tools for delicious home-cooked meals. Retreat to some personal space with two separate gathering areas. The family room is distinct from the living room, with separate doors, providing an opportunity for some privacy if needed. There's also an office desk and a sleeper sofa with a dreamy memory foam mattress. Unwind on the expansive back patio surrounded by a secluded fenced backyard perfect for frisbees and a bean bag toss. A gas grill is available for cooking and there's plenty of seating to be had with a patio dining table, shaded seating area, and loungers. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed, and the third bunk bedroom with a full and twin-size mattress. Each room is private, well-lit, and offers generous closet space. For your comfort, the master and queen bedrooms are equipped with optional blackout shades, allowing you to enjoy peaceful and undisturbed sleep, even if you decide to sleep in. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a large mirror, a medicine cabinet, and a walk-in shower. The second hall bathroom has a shower/tub combination and serves as a central hub for all the bedrooms. You won't need to pack much with our large-capacity washer and dryer perfect for large-family loads after a day of adventuring. Here are some additional details that are part of our mid-term lease agreement. 1)This is an additional reminder about the train that runs through the town of Longmont and near our home. The train doesn't have a fixed schedule and it can run during the day or at night. Additionally, it does blow its horn. We strive to provide transparency and open communication regarding this important detail. 2. Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, we require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed. 3. Utility Expenses: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water, and internet, please be aware that there is a combined cap of $250 per month for these expenses. On average, utilities total around $200.00 per month. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility. 4.
