Management has the discretion to limit other breeds and cannot permit inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals. Applicants and Residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com Profile Fee. Non-refundable pet fee $100-$500 and monthly pet rent $10-$40 is based on your pets petscreening.com profile.
