The home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 4 private bedrooms and an upstairs living area. Hardwood floors and breezy white curtains add a dash of sophistication to the bedrooms. The 3 upstairs bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, and the 4th bathroom is easily accessible from the downstairs living room. Just behind the kitchen and living room is a charming back patio, BBQ grill and patio chairs. In addition to the backyard, you can enjoy the beautiful community pool. The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Hollywood Beach access within the community. Garage parking is available for 1 car, and an additional 1 vehicle can fit in the driveway for a total of 2 vehicles. Please note that RVs and trailers are not permitted. Nestled in the desirable Frangista Beach community of Miramar Beach, this home is within a short walk of everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Please note 25 is the minimum age required to rent. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m We will do a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month or 4 month lease starting 11/1/2023. Utilities are $350 per month.
