Used as summer vacation rental, so it's fully furnished with all basic amenities and usual comforts. *Bedroom #1: King bed. Bedroom #2: Twin + 2nd twin rollaway. *Tenant would be responsible for winter maintenance duties including snow removal. Several local snow plow services for driveway. House is on a well and septic which require some minimal water treatment tasks. 6 month lease (Nov-Apr) with potential for longer terms. Fully furnished, including cookware, dishes and linens. Any damages and need for replacement will be taken from the deposit. Tenant responsible for utilities, including electric, gas, garbage and snow removal.
