Main floor office with view of lake. Property will be leased as a month to month basis similar to an Airbnb or VRBO. No alterations to the property will be permitted. No furniture or decorations will be removed or added. Lower basement is an in-law apartment occupied by on-site manager. Non refundable pet deposit of $350. All utilities are included, however monthly usage is based off of 2 year monthly averages on gas, electric and water. Anything above and beyond regular monthly billing will be your responsibility to pay. The home has shared meter readings with the lower apartment. Internet is included. No smoking on premises. Month to month lease. Yard will be maintained by property manager living on site. Tenants are required to follow all community CCR's and local ordinances.
