Room #2 has a full-sized futon bed with pillow topper, desk, walk-in closet and night stand. This room has the option to be used as just an office with advance notice. Room #3 is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom including a soaking tub. There is ample free street parking, a one-car garage and a paved driveway in the back.
