LEASE INFO: This home is available starting October 2023 for the following lease terms: 1-Year Lease-$10,750 per month 6-Month Lease-$15,000 per month 2-3 Month Lease (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS)-$15,000 per month Security deposit is $10,750. 1st months' rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. Lessee will need to maintain home in current condition. Pets are allowed with prior approval from landlord / lessor. No subleasing is permitted. Utility/Service Info: utilities are included in monthly lease payment (includes gas and electric, water and sewer, once a week trash and recycle pickup, and driveway snow removal.)
