The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The laundry room has a washer and a dryer. On top of all the essential rooms, there are also a bonus room, a sun room, a breeze way room, a storage room, and a garage. The bonus room can be used as a zoom office or a guest rest area. The sun room is huge, looking out to a green field. The breeze way room can be used as an activity room. The laundry room is actually a huge storage room. In fact, the entire basement is finished and can be opened up as a dance floor, as the fraternity students used to do. This house was used as an IU fraternity house for years, because of its spaciousness. The front and backyards are unusually large for a house in the City, with mature trees. The backyard can fit a large trampling and still has space for volley balls, freebees, tanning, and a fire pit. The yard is kept by the owner's crew. The driveway can park four or more cars, and the garage can park one car. Free street parking permits are also available. It is on bus route if you want to take a bus. Or you can walk or bike to reduce carbon emission. This house is within walking distance to IU campus and the eastern shopping and dining area. There are many shortcuts to be found.
