Tenants will be given 72 hours, following the start of the lease, to conduct an additional walkthrough and annotate and provide a photo of any items they would like noted. * Quarterly inspections will be conducted to ensure the property is in good order for both the tenant and the owner. By agreeing to rent the home you agree to the quarterly inspection. 48- hour notice will be provided prior to the inspection.
