Fully-furnished 1910 builder-craftsman bungalow, all to yourself. Spacious living room is arranged for lively conversation or quiet contemplation. Next to that is a bedroom, currently arranged as a TV salon with a very comfy fold-out sofa. Also accessed from the living room is the small period bathroom. Then the music room, with lots of light and open space. Off the music room is the second bedroom, which can also be an office. Then the big dine-in cook's kitchen: fully equipped with everything from a bread machine to a real espresso machine, all pots and pans and tools, and tableware. Off the kitchen you'll find the simple, quiet master bedroom in back. Relax in a period builder-craftsman bungalow, close to everything on a quiet, leafy street. Decor is a thoughtfully curated mix of modern and cottage-core. Colorful, warm, welcoming, and soothing. Front porch is a semi-private spot for coffee or sundowners with a friend. Backyard has a wild English Garden vibe, with firepit, grill, and seating. Enjoy your downtime in peace, enjoy cozy time with friends, stroll a few blocks to large nearby parks, or use the supplied bikes cycle one mile to everything downtown. Spacious for a single person or couple, or comfy for a small family. Available for 1 month minimum, 3 months maximum... but open to talking about longer term. I am back in town every three months and the idea is to stay here, and reset for the next guest(s). IF WE AGREE ON $1900 rather than $1700 I pay all utilities- gas, electric, water, and internet. Otherwise you'll have to log in and pay each one each month. I will be very far away but super responsive in terms of helping you, if needed. This place is super peaceful and timeless, partly because it isn't super modernized, so you should know it definitely has an old house vibe. Laundry is in the basement, which is well lit but still spooky sometimes :)
