Tenant is responsible for all utilities (power, water, trash, cable, gas, etc.) Lease is 12 months. Tenants are responsible for lawncare. No smoking allowed inside the home. No pets allowed on the property. Rental Requirements: No evictions on your record. Good Rental History. Minimum 6 months job history. Minimum credit score is 620. 30% of your monthly gross income should equal rent or greater. Deposit plus first months rent are due prior to move in. We do not accept Zillow applications. Tenants can apply through contacting our company only. We will send you an application to fill out and send it back to us at no charge. Once you have filled out the application you can see the property. Once you have viewed the property we will send you over the credit check through a third party website and their application fee is $45.00.
