Property management listing only. Q&A 1, Why need prescreen? A: For safety and improve efficiency. We need to know who is coming to tour the house for safety purpose. We also don't want to have you drive over, tour the place, fall in love and then find out you are not qualified, then both of us just wasted a trip and time. 2, I don't want to give you my persona lnfo, can I skip the prescreen? A: There is no sensitive personal info we can see on our end. We will see your job, your income (self reported), your credit score, on time payment history etc. but we will not see your social#. And for why we need prescreen, please refer to Q1. Thank you 3, If I applied and didn't get the place , will my application fee be refunded? A: No. Because we didn't collect any fee, therefore there is nothing to refund. Zillow charges a fee, like every other screening system do. But not us.
