This retreat is located less than 3 miles from the vibrant heart of Downtown St. Augustine. You will have access to all the downtown attractions, including restaurants, breakfast spots, boutique shops, bars, breweries, museums, historical sites and entertainment options. After a day of exploring downtown, indulging in delicious meals at the local restaurants, or soaking up the sun on the beaches, return to the comfort of our home to unwind and relax. Your pets can enjoy the plentiful fenced yard while you gather around the fire pit or lounge on the patio gazebo under the stars and an ambiance of lighting. Inside, you'll find modern amenities to enhance your stay. Stay comfortable with central AC, and for entertainment, a large 75" TV/Klipsch home theater system to create an immersive experience. We're excited to host you and make your visit unforgettable! The fully furnished house is available for rent for various durations, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term stays. We happily welcome pets, subject to a pet fee, and require a security deposit. The total monthly rental fee includes utilities - water, electricity, and internet. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. To initiate the rental process, tenant screening, submission of paystubs, and providing a driver's license are mandatory.
