There are several shops and restaurants/cafes located on the main road (Folsom Blvd) within walking distance. If you have pets an additional $500 pet deposit will be requested. 2 pet limit. Upon moving in a walk-through inspection with the property manager will be scheduled. This is to confirm the status of the property. Another inspection will be scheduled 48 hours prior to the move-out date. Rent Payment: First Payment will be due 48 hours prior to the move-in date. Monthly payments are then due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made either with Zelle, or bank transfer. More information will be provided in the leasing contract. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking on the patio or backyard is allowed.
