This house is currently occupied. We can start showing it at the beginning of November. Thank you. We are offering a wonderful Sherwood home, in the best of neighborhoods. Located on a dead-end street with very little traffic, but still very close to the highway 167 on-ramp. Come home every day and enjoy the private lake in your backyard ! We would prefer no pets, but might consider a pet fee for the right animal. We also would prefer not to rent to people who smoke or vape. We would like the first lease term to run about 18 months, after which it would renew on a yearly basis. We likely will not consider credit scores below 680.
