The yard is also fenced all the way around on the back. Thus house does have a pool in the back but it is not working. The pool will be covered and is not to be used while living at the property. The renter is responsible for electricity,gas and water. First month's rent and security due before the move in date. All of the utilities must be turned on in the tenants name before they move in. Pets up to 40lbs are permitted but a extra $300 security deposit will be required. A non refundable pet rent of $45 dollars will also be applied monthly for the pet. Prospective tenants must be able to pass a background check. That applies for anyone 18 or over who will be living at the property. The tenant must also make over 3x the monthly rent,have a stable income and no prior evictions or bankruptcies on record. No smoking is permitted inside of the property. The tenant is responsible for making sure the front and back of the lawn is cut. The pool is not to be used. It will be covered before the move in date.
