It has a big backyard with fenced in dog pen. It is only 5 minutes from Redstone Arsenal. Renters pay utilities, gas and keeping the yard mown. No smoking and no loud partiers. Small outside dogs are permitted. There is plenty of parking space. First month and damage deposit is due at signing. Rent will be pro-rated the first month because house is being cleaned and painted and will not be ready until the 6th of October. Renter is responsible to repair anything they may damage, ex. stopped up toilet or drain. Landlord is responsible for things such as busted pipes, fallen trees, etc. There is a washing machine the renter can use, but if it breaks down, it will not be replaced. Oven and refrigerator are furnished and will be replaced if they quit working. There is window A/C and gas heat. All other utilities are electric.
