Tastefully furnished vacation rental with pool. This light and bright fully furnished 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath house is steps from the beach. In the evening you can hear the roar of the ocean from your front porch. Both bedrooms have king beds. We have beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella available. Garage or driveway parking. Laundry in unit. The neighborhood is quiet with mostly long-term residents. Just a few minutes walk to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Children are not allowed on this property because the pool is not fenced off. (NO one under 25 need apply) No Pets, No smoking Furnished Vacation Rental. Available by the week for$1000 or by the month for 3000. As of now November and December are open and so is April and May. This is not a party house! No smoking or vaping. Check in is no later than 7pm and check out by 12pm.
