The tenant must be able to present the following AT signing: 1 full month's rent A full security deposit (the amount of which is equal to a full month's rent) for each adult applicant. $75 leasing fee If not paid already at the time of signing, a $35 application fee. Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name. Proof of renter's liability insurancewe require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000. PETS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT. If a pet is approved, tenant must pay $45/month pet fee. 1 MONTH'S WORTH OF PET RENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT SIGNING FOR TENANTS WITH A PET.
