An older home with character, over-sized bedrooms and a walk-in closet. First month's rent and deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing. Pets will be considered and would require a non-refundable pet deposit. Utilities are responsibility of renter and must be placed in renter's name. Owner maintains yard and general property. It is absolutely not allowed to store items outside the home, including in the yard, on the front porch or against the fence. Garbage is to be kept inside a closed container until placed at street for garbage pickup.
