It has 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 garage, one office room, one kid's room, one living rooms, one dining room, one kitchen and three bathrooms. It is close to airport, 589, Dale-Mabry, grocery stores like Publix, Winn-Dixie, department store Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, library, and a lot of restaurants. It is also close to YMCA, tennis court, elementary school, middle school and high school. The roof, AC and carpet are replaced in recent year. This lease starts from Jan 8st. This rent does not includes lawn mowing $120, pool maintenance $150, and pests control $50, trash/recycle $30. These will cost another $350 to the renter.
